The beginning

Hello, I want to thank you for taking the time to visit my website to get acquainted with me. I am Dr. Tonmoy Das, the chief consultant of Smiley Dental & Implant Centre. I am fully committed to providing you and your family with a superior level of care in a friendly and personalized environment. My practice, Smiley Dental & Implant Centre, provides a full range of dental treatments in a state-of-the-art facility.

I graduated from Dhaka Dental College(DDC) which is the most prestigious dental college in Bangladesh. I have also acquired a post graduation training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from DDC. I went to Tokyo Medical & Dental University, Japan to learn about Restorative Dentistry under the supervision of a legendary sensei (mentor) named Junji Tagami. I have learnt the arts and crafts of modern dentistry by attending in various workshops held at home and abroad. My pursuit of continuing education courses throughout the year ensures the best care for my patients.

Meet Our Consultant

Beginning

I am Dr. Amena Binta Awal, a dedicated dentist committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate oral healthcare. I earned my Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Bangladesh Dental College in 2017, laying the foundation for my dental career.

Driven by a passion for specialized care, I pursued postgraduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Sir Salimullah Medical College. This experience equipped me with advanced skills in managing complex oral and facial conditions. To further enhance my expertise, I completed another postgraduate training program in Conservative Dentistry at Dhaka Dental College.

My commitment to public health led me to pursue a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from North South University. This academic pursuit deepened my understanding of preventive dentistry and community health initiatives.

In addition to my clinical practice, I am honored to serve as a lecturer at City Dental College and Hospital. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with aspiring dental professionals, fostering a new generation of dedicated oral healthcare providers.

Beyond formal education, I have actively participated in hands-on courses focusing on crown and bridge procedures. This practical training has refined my clinical skills and enabled me to deliver high-quality restorative treatments.

I am Dr. Jahan Nur Juli, a dedicated dentist committed to providing quality oral healthcare. I earned my Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from TMSS Medical College, Bogura in 2021. Following my graduation, I completed my internship in 2022, gaining valuable practical experience in various aspects of dentistry.

Driven by a passion for specialized care, I pursued postgraduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Dhaka Dental College, completing my PGT (OMS) in 2024. This advanced training has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to manage a wide range of complex oral and facial conditions.
